Warminster Place, LLC is a warm, caring place that offers residential housing specializing in medically fragile, skilled care, and other services for Developmentally Disabled individuals. Our company is run by highly qualified Health Care Professionals that understand the importance of quality of life for Developmentally Disabled individuals in daily living. The overall goal of services is to promote an optimal living environment and acceptance in normal life within the community through social integration and participation in community opportunities.
OUR HOME
Warminster Place, LLC offers residency with single fully furnished rooms and wheelchair accessible accommodations. Warminster Place ambiance projects familiarity, safety, and serenity. Our homes are designed to ensure a fully functional environment with: a full service kitchen, home and vehicle adaptations (ramps, lifts, and grab bars as needed), nutritious individualized meals, and residential dayrooms for socializing and comfort.
Warminster Place residence is inspected annually by city and state inspectors and are subjected to internal monthly Quality Assurance Inspections. Additionally, our home is subject to scheduled and unscheduled inspections by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.
